hello !! welcome to my stardoll website :) i have been playing stardoll since november 23, 2006 ^_^ my cousin's friend showed it to us and i have been logging in as much as i possibly can for nearly 19 years!!
i am making and editing these pages to show my doll, outfits, collections, hauls, wishlist, suites, reviews, contest entries, and whatever else i can think of that would be fun to share :)

designing a hair backpiece blindly but nailing it somehow

last friday we got a film theory release in the theme of wesnesday, the netflix show. the theme is whatever for me but it came with 3 wigs, available for both suite and bp. i might have or might not have bought the suite wig, but it doesn't come with a back piece either way. the other glaring problem is, the wig is sized too small and doesn't fit on the doll without resizing. i decided it was worth buying it for bp since it's cute and a unique sort of blonde, and i can't size it up in suite anyway. this also works in the way that i can easily design and layer a back piece for it in stardesign, EXCEPT for the fact that you can't see what bp jewellry items are on your doll instardesign hair. which for me meant having two tabs open (a privilege afforded to me by flash browser), one of my bp and of stardesign, switching between them to understand where the gaps are in the wig so i could know where to fill them, and to see the color of the wig so i could correctly match the tone. to my surprise like wild wild surprise when i tried it on in bp it matched!! i used 8 pieces so it cost me 8sd to make, four pieces per gap. im proud of my self but i definitely would have preferred a 0sc back piece tho.

for some unknown mysterious reason stardoll released another version of the valentino snake crown. i don't mind this at all to be honest i love to have all 3, and i collect snake items so i can't turn them down. the first one pictured below is the tingeling couture serpentine headpiece, which i bought for 13sd. it's closest to the look of the most recent one released, the splendid gold snake diadem (i bought the bp version, 11sd), which is the one in the second screenshot. the most distinct one is the epiphany snake gold band, bought for 18sd. i like that it's chunkier and golden, but i don't like that it's centered. you can rotate it and resize in bp tho so it's whateva. i think i like the tingeling version the most, it just shimmers✨

this year for callie con i did my yearly tradition of entering every contest in order to secure the freebies, only putting the amount of effort in i felt like at the time. so when i saw i had placed in the style trial contest for this year's bratz themed callie con i was umm surprised!! here is the photo. the scooter was deliberate bcos i have a memory of a bratz flash game where in a cut scene the dolls are seen riding vespas. but the rest was just throwing things together to get an okay pic. i also think it's cute i placed 42nd and 42 is in my username :)
